Important Notes – please read
These syrups are specially formulated to blend with:
• shake, slush, frozen cocktail, JavaLatte, or smoothie base product using the “BEV” Standard Beverage Systems.
• frozen carbonated beverage base product using the “FCB” and “JBT” Frozen Carbonated Beverage Systems.
Only syrup part numbers ending in “SH” will blend well with shake, slush, smoothie, JavaLatte and FCB base product, as they are formulated to provide the right concentration of flavor and color using the BEV and FCB systems.
WARNING: These syrups are NOT compatible with “SS” Soft Serve Stripe, “BLD” Soft Serve Flavor Blend, or “CBB” Premium Blended Beverage systems. These systems do not have the compatible fitments, pumps or spout assembly needed to connect to the syrup bags, pump this type of syrup, or blend syrup with the product these systems produce. If you have any of these beverage systems, see the Original “Stripe” Syrup page or Flavor Blend & Premium Beverage Syrup page for compatible syrups.

Nutrition and Certificates
IMPORTANT! Flavor Burst nutritional information ONLY accounts for Flavor Burst flavorings alone and NOT the finished product due to the wide variety of applications and settings available with the Flavor Burst equipment. For example, Flavor Burst can only provide nutritional information of the flavorings per .8-ounce. For complete nutritional information per serving, you must first calculate how many ounces you are dispensing per serving, and also add in the nutritional information of your base product and any other addition food items such as ice cream cones or toppings. This information is for general information use only — be sure to check with your local operator for finished product nutritional information specific to their operation.

Popularity* Chart
*Please note this chart is based on overall sales of syrup. It does not account for regional favorites, preferences of different demographic groups and ages, or the product base that is used. All of these factors can produce different “popularity” results depending on where you are located, who your customer base is, and what base product you pair your syrups with. Consider these examples:
BASE PRODUCT: Chocolate is shown as one of the most popular flavors overall according to this chart. That is because most of our beverage sales end up flavoring milkshakes. However, if you are serving slushes, cocktails, or smoothies, it would not even make the menu.
CUSTOMER DEMOGRAPHICS: If most of your customer base consists of young children, Bubblegum might be a good seller as opposed to a country club who mainly serves adults preferring Butter Pecan.
REGIONAL TASTES: Flavors such as Black Raspberry may be more popular in the northeast, while Mango tends to be more of a favorite in the southwest. Preferred flavors also vary from country to country around the world.
CHAIN ACCOUNTS: We have a number of chain store accounts who only order specific flavors. These orders drive up the sales numbers on those particular flavors, possibly bumping them higher on the popularity chart than they would normally.
- Beverage Flavorings Popularity Chart (newest flavors may not included). For slush-based products, omit any flavors that would not be considered a slush flavor (ie, Chocolate, Butter Pecan, etc).

Packaging and Shipping
Flavor Burst syrups are packaged in metallized-poly bags filled with approximately 1 gallon of syrup. Each bag of syrup is packaged in it’s own box.
Flavor Burst syrups are shipped via UPS in two different size boxes, a box that contain up to 2 cases of syrup and a box that can contain up to 4 cases of syrup. Each case of syrup weights approximately 10.5 lbs, therefore shipping rates can be high. You will receive the best shipping value by shipping in multiples of 4.
